Who we are
Greek Connection was founded in 1999 by Greeks and friends of Greece who shared one belief: that people with a common love for Greece, its culture, its faith and its way of life, deserve a better place to meet than the big dating apps. More than 25 years later, that is still what the site is for.
Built for real relationships
Greek Connection is for Greek and Greek Orthodox singles, and for anyone connected to Greek culture, who is looking for something serious. It is not a swipe app. Members create a full profile, browse with intention, and only message each other once both sides have matched. You do not need to speak Greek perfectly. You do need to show up honestly.
Every profile is reviewed by a person
Every new profile is checked by our team before it goes live, and so is every photo. Profiles are written in English or Greek. Accounts that break the rules are removed, and scam and fake signups are blocked. It is slower than letting everyone in, and that is the point.
Privacy first
Full profiles are visible only to registered members. You choose what you share, you can hide your profile from search engines at any time, and you can delete your account whenever you want.
