Let us pray for the Souls of killed Christians in Asia Minor:
Dear readers:
This week is the memory of Christian genocide in Asia minor, in 24 April 1915 Turks began slaughtering Armenians and Greeks ( in Asia , Pontos, Cappadocia and Bythinia) and Syriacs( Syrian Christians) , who were living in Asia Minor and after the end of WW1, 6 millions of Armenians, Greeks and Syriacs were massacred by Turks and Christianity became extinct in all Asia Minor ( before the WW1 Christians were more than 65% of the population in Asia Minor) , after 1920 ,the rest of Greeks in Asia Minor fled to Greece and the rest of Armenians and Syriacs fled to Syria and France and all the world….
During this genocide Turks destroyed thousands of monasteries and churches or changed them into mosques, stables or stores….
Nobody in the world spoke about this terrible genocide, but it remains in hearts and minds as a black spot in the history of humanity.
Let us all pray for the souls of these martyrs, the heroes of Christianity and nationality, and may our God Jesus Christ bless their souls and bless us all.
