Whether the Church is Greece has a 'strong role' or not is a matter of opinion Panos. In anycase, if you feel they do, well at least the Church is visible in its activities. I could name you a dozen countries in which there are organisations that covertly influence democratically elected governments, and they are not the Church nor Church-related. If you think I am saying that better a visible influence than an invisible and totally unaccountable, you're right.
