Let Panaioti try to find his dream. If in the process he wakes to a world he can connect with and flourish (US), then it's what he wants. If however he wakes into a world he cannot connect to and finds spiritually or culturally deplete, then it is a very good lesson in life. Nikos sounds very young, let him make his good choices or mistakes (who can tell?) on his own. The many opinions offered are a good thing for him too as he must approach every new venture with some wisdom from others so he can find his own truth. But like I said, if it turns out to be a big mistake for him, then he can only learn from it.
