My advice to you is to follow your heart. Everybody is different whether they are greek or not. Communication though, I believe is essential in any relationship right from the start.
Everybody is different in regards to how often to ring or not ring, go out or not go out with someone - that's the fun of a relationship. And people are also different depending on what else is going on too.
Just relax and be yourself and talk to the person you are dating.
