You seem to be just as fanatic as those who you criticise. The people objecting to the concept of Greek Muslims are the very same people who offer human-to-human help because of the recent earthquake in Turkey. The very same Greeks who 2 years ago after the catastrophic earthquake in Turkey killed so many people destroying families and homes - Greeks were first to respond with manpower and aid. Just because some Greeks react strongly to a historical enemy, doesn't mean that the moment help is required they turn their backs, the opposite is true. Declaring oneself a Muslim Greek is an affront on a political level, but on a humane level - Greeks help and feel for those in need. Anyway, if you know Greeks you will know that a favourite passtime is squabbling amongst ourselves but when another is in need, irrespective of religion or politics, the Greek helps. Look how many asylum seekers are saved from the sea every year, look how much aid and help is offered our Turkish neighbours in times of catastrophe. Before you criticise Greeks, look at the world around you first.
