I know that there are Greek Muslims and Greek Catholics and Greek Jews and Greek Buddhists even, my only point was that it would be a very good thing I think to spread a bit of understanding around, including the understanding of Greek Christian sensitivities to the issue of Islam.

Unfortunately, few peoples are more 'aware' of the sensitivities (as Christians) towards the issue of Islam than Greeks. TENS OF THOUSANDS (a very conservative number) of important Greek Orthodox churches throughout the entire Middle-East, Asia Minor, Cappadocia, Black Sea region, Egypt, Constantinople, Hellas, and the rest of the Balkans are now used as mosques, stables, museums, places of entertainment, storage facilities etc.
....Not to mention the untold millions of Christians who were converted to Islam by force using war, pillage, head-taxes, Jannisaries etc...
Yes, Greek Christian sensitivities towards Islam are alive and well....
