There is a Saint Alexandra and her feast day is April 21. However, it may not be a common celebration. In this case a person can "celebrate" on All Saints Day on June 30.
'Katrina' is akin to Ekaterina and her feast day is on November 25.
I can't find a Saint Hannah in my Orthodox 'Prayer' book so I'm not sure if it could be the same as 'Saint Anna' (the Virgin Mary's mother) whose feast day is July 25.
That's the best I could do.
