I know great recipe for you for Baklava. Go to www.foodtv.com and in the search box type "Baklava." Use the recipe by Cat Cora, she is a successful chef of Greek descent and every recipe she has tastes perfect. She also has excellent olive bread, milk pie and avgolemono recipes listed on foodtv.com. The olive bread is my favorite and I make it often. If you want you can type in "Greek recipes" in the search box and you will find many more by her. Don't use the other Greek recipes by other chefs on that recipe, they are not as good.
