I think I've worked out the sentence. To make it easier I'll quote what you said above and write it out with the greek letters below.

"TO ME'A'AON ME'EA A'MO TA MATIAT'ON MAI'DI'ON"

"ΤΟ ΜΕΛΛΟΝ ΜΕΣΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΑ ΜΑΤΙΑ ΤΩΝ ΠΑΙΔΙΩΝ"

It's pronounced as follows:

TO MELLON MESA APO TA MATIA TON PAIDION.

And it means:

"The future through the eyes of children."
