: Is there a Greek eqivalent for the name "Justin"?

Yes. "Justinus/os" is the equivalent of Justin. But I'll add for your information that "Justinianus/os" is the equivalent of Justinian.

Justin (Justinus) in greek letters is "Ιουστίνος" and is pronounced Iousti'nos (emphasise the vowel before the ').

Justinian (Justinianus) in greek letters is "Ιουστινιανός" and is pronounced Ioustiniano's.
(emphasise the vowel before the ').

"I" is often the equivalent for "J" in other languages such as greek when it comes to names etc.
