I happened to pull up mp3.com, and have come up with
an interesting list of recordings. Again, none of which
are what you can find normally. But there are some
"local" artists that do have mp3s available of various
types of music.
Some songs are in Greek, some are instrumental, and some are in English.
You have a variety of genres........for the "new age"/
"Yianni" crowd, there are some strictly instrumental
artists. Then you have the Spiders, Athens' "Bad Boys
of Greek-language rap". You have some classical music,
and even an opera about Prometheus. Not to mention the
alternative rock of Echo Tattoo.
So, to get this list, sign into mp3.com, and then
go into "regional" and pick Greece. The complete list of these songs/artists are there.
A strange and eclectic lot of music, no doubt.......
