Greeks in Greece (vs Greeks living abroad) don't put ice cream in a frappe. I exclude tourist places who may or not add
ice cream to satisfy "foreign" tastes (ie milk/shakes).
BTW, Greek ice cream is of medium quality compared to the US. Of course that's just my opinion, but I have lived in both countries
for many years (currently in Greece) and I feel confident that I know whereof I speak.
