Tuba: I hate to burst your phiosophical bubble, but the things which God has stated are neither assumptions, nor assertions. That which He says is fact, and He need not offer any supporting proof. Hebrews 13:4 is but one of many proofs that sexual activity outside of marriage is sin, and that God (Himself) will judge the guilty.
Here is an assumption: I assume that you do not accept God's view on the matter because it interferes with your lifestyle and makes you accountable to a higher power. That being the case, I do not, and can not, judge you. God both can and will.
