Christina and Socrates name days

Hi,

Could anybody tell me when the name days for Christina and Socrates are.

Also, is it true that Greeks celebrate their name days more than their birthdays? Is a name day more important. How do you celebrate a name day? Do you send cards and give presents? Is there perhaps a special meal?
